To provide guidance on expected ethical conduct and behaviour, aligned with our values, we make the CELSA Code of Ethical Conduct available to all Members of the Organisation and Business Partners.

Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee is a collegiate body for regulatory compliance in CELSA, whose mission is to promote, among the people in the organisation, a culture of compliance so that we act ethically and responsibly, and thus ensure that we develop our activity and business in accordance with current regulations. The Ethics Committee is responsible for the Internal Information System (Ethics Line).

Through the Ethics Line you can report situations that may be contrary to CELSA’s Code of Ethical Conduct, confidentially, privately and securely, without fear of reprisal, and also anonymously if you wish. You can also ask questions, or queries related to ethics and compliance.
