At Celsa we have unique facilities capable of manufacturing a wide range of heat-treated and machined forging products in the most requested steel grades. From the Group we work to satisfy the needs of our clients and adapt to their specifications.

Our products, subjected to a process of forming by plastic deformation of metals, have numerous applications, the most common are components and spare parts for sectors such as energy, metallurgy, machinery, mining, cement, mechanical transmission of energy , oil or gas. Our clients are world leaders in their sector.

Boat propulsion shafts and components

Boat propulsion shafts and components are used in naval propulsion systems that transmit the mechanical force of the ship’s engine to the propeller. Manufactured in CELSA Huta Ostrowiec, we deliver them both roughed for machining and finished.
Our clients are mainly located in Europe and Korea and include the world’s leading propulsion system designers, as well as the main shipyards.

Armed crankshafts

Crankshafts are the heart of large two-stroke diesel engines. Engines made with crankshafts are mainly used in the propulsion of boats and in the generation of electrical energy.
From Celsa we work according to the specifications of the main designers and license providers in the world. Manufactured in CELSA Huta Ostrowiec, we deliver them ready to assemble in the engine.
Our clients are manufacturers from all over the world of large two-stroke diesel engines, licensed by MAN and/or Wärtsila. They are located, above all, in Korea, China and Europe.

Main Shafts of Wind Generators

The main shaft is a key component in most wind turbines: it holds the blades in any atmospheric condition and transmits the mechanical force of the blades to the gearbox.
We are a Tier-1 and Tier-2 supplier of the main manufacturers of wind turbines worldwide and leaders in the manufacture of main shafts for wind turbines of more than 1.5 Mwatt. We deliver them roughened for mechanization or already superficially treated and ready to assemble.

Fibered crankshafts

Fibered crankshafts are the heart of large four-stroke diesel engines. They are applied above all in the propulsion of boats and in the generation of electrical energy.
Our fiber crankshafts, delivered unmachined, are produced according to the specifications of the main designers in the world: Wärtsila, Caterpillar, MAN, Pielstick, etc. We also offer fiber roughed or surface treated crankshafts in “finished machined” state.
CELSA Huta Ostrowiec is one of the few companies in the world that has the technology and equipment necessary to forge the largest fiber crankshafts.

Vacuum degassed steel ingots

They are used as raw material in forging and lamination processes. The range we offer includes both carbon and alloy steels. From our ingots, any type of forged piece is manufactured, as well as rolled rings, thick rolled sheets and large diameter rolled bars.
