Calibrated Bars

Global Bright Bars is the Global Special Steels Products division of Celsa dedicated exclusively to the production of high quality calibrated bars for the automotive industry.

Global Bright Bars focuses on drawing, calibrating and turning round diameters between 10 and 37 mm, which guarantees optimal surface quality requirements for our products.

The main qualities offered include 42CrMo4 and 16MnCr5 alloys; easy machining steels 11SMnPb30, 44Smn28 and 46S20; steel for shock absorbers and axles C35, c35Pb, C40, C45 and C45Pb; suspension springs, stabilizers and torsion bars 55Cr3, 54SiCrV6, 61SiCr7, 50CrV4, 50CrV4, C42 (Mod) and 28Mn6; cementation steels 16MnCrS5, 16MnCrSPb5 and C15R; cold stamping for forging 35B4 and C15R, and steels for rotors, shafts and gears 25CrMoS4 and 42CrMoS4.
