Celsa Group ™ acquires the company Tammet Oy Mesh in Finland
Barcelona, January 20, 2014.
- The acquisition, through a subsidiary company of Grupo Celsa Steel Service Finland, expands the range of products in its segment.
- With this transaction, customers will benefit from a more flexible service and a wider range of products.
CELSA Group™, through its subsidiary company Celsa Steel Service Finland, has acquired the business of the company Tammet Oy Mesh and its plant in the town of Pälkäne, including all machinery and equipment.
This transaction represents an extension of the agreement, signed in April 2013, of cooperation and trust between the two companies for the production and marketing of products manufactured in the Pälkäne plant.
