The Supplier Portal was created to be a one-stop shop for all supplier-related activities.
The Portal has the mission of facilitating communication between the Celsa purchasing team and its suppliers.
In it you can complete the sustainability questionnaire (ESG: Environmental, Social and Governance) and the homologation questionnaire to better understand our suppliers and align the Supply Chain.
About the Homologation form
The need to formalize the approval process is activated depending on the product or service provided.
In this sense, the notified companies must respond so that they are formally approved and become part of the CELSA supplier panel.
The level of requirement for these aspects may vary depending on the type of material or service provided. If you have valid certifications as requested in the questionnaire, it is important that a copy of the certificate be uploaded in the corresponding section. This certification will be verified and registered in our system.
Likewise, it is important that the questionnaire be completed by a duly authorized person, since the result may condition the continuity of the commercial relationship with CELSA.
Once the approval questionnaire has been answered and evaluated by CELSA, the approval status will be indicated in your private space on the supplier portal. CELSA may carry out result verification audits and, therefore, we encourage you to be as precise as possible in answering each question.

About the Sustainability form
The ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Sustainability Questionnaire for Suppliers is a comprehensive tool designed to assess and understand the sustainability practices and policies implemented by our suppliers.
This questionnaire consists of three main sections: Environment, Social and Governance. Each section contains specific questions aimed at obtaining detailed information about the existing processes at each supplier, in relation to environmental aspects, labor practices and governance principles.
The fundamental objective of the questionnaire is to evaluate the level of development of ESG aspects in the operations of each supplier company. This initiative reflects our commitment to transparency and collaboration, allowing us to work hand in hand with our suppliers to move towards more sustainable and responsible practices. The information collected through the questionnaire provides us with a comprehensive view that helps us continually promote improvement and alignment with ESG principles in all our business relationships.
